Not Your Average Group Workout
Boot camps are seasonal, limited-enrollment programs with structured progression. Unlike regular group training, every camp has a defined timeline, benchmarks, and a cohort of people all working toward the same goal together.
Multi-Week Structure
Each boot camp runs for a set number of weeks with a clear start and end date. Every session builds on the last.
Small Group Format
Limited spots per camp to keep the coaching personal. You get real attention, not just a crowd.
Built-In Benchmarks
Test your fitness at the start and finish so you can see exactly how far you have come.
Progressive Programming
Conditioning, strength, and mobility work that scales to your level while pushing you to grow.
Common Questions
How long are the boot camps?
Boot camp programs typically run 4-8 weeks depending on the specific program. Check the current schedule for details.
What if I can not make every session?
Consistency matters. We recommend being able to attend at least 80% of sessions. Alternative programming may be provided for missed sessions.
Is this for beginners?
Boot camps are designed to challenge all levels, but a baseline level of fitness is recommended. If you are brand new to training, consider starting with Group Training first.
